Yes. I am in-network with Aetna and Northwell insurance plans, including PPO, POS, and EPO plans. For clients using out-of-network benefits, my rates are $150 for individual therapy, $175 for couples therapy, and $200 for family therapy. Depending on your plan, you may be eligible for reimbursement for out-of-network services. I recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm your specific benefits and coverage.
Yes. I offer in-person therapy in New York City, as well as remote sessions for clients located in both New York and Florida. Hybrid care is also available depending on your needs and location.
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, talk about what brought you to therapy, and discuss your goals and what you’re hoping to get from therapy! You do not need to have everything figured out before coming in.
You don’t need to be in crisis or have a specific diagnosis to benefit from therapy. You may simply feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or notice patterns in your relationships or life that you want to better understand. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, gain perspective, and work toward meaningful change.
Most clients begin with weekly sessions, as consistency can be helpful when building momentum in therapy. The frequency of sessions can change over time depending on your needs, goals, and progress.
